CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens — your time is important, and so is ours. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. • If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time, but the full session fee will still apply. We value your support and understanding, and this policy helps us respect both your time and that of other clients waiting for appointments.
